all merchandise is sold in AUD.
shipping info:
within Australia: we intend to have your goods in an express bag the very next business day after your order is processed, but just in case, please allow 10 working days to receive your package.
outside Australia: we intend to have your goods in the air within 3 business days of your order being processed. please allow 2 weeks to receive your package.
return of goods: we cannot provide refunds for merchandise – but will happily exchange if there is a problem. we want to ensure you have a fantastic Monkey & the BrownMan experience, but do understand that things can go wrong, we love all our customers and will do everything in our power to ensure you love us too!
undeliverable packages: please be sure to fill in your correct delivery details, any goods undeliverable will be held at our Sydney office – we will contact you to resolve the situation asap.
wholesale customers:
retail orders: for large shipments within Australia and abroad, be sure to select COD, we will communicate eta’s and payment methods with you directly, all goods will be dispatched asap (please be sure to leave all your details).
deliveries: special deliveries can be arranged upon request for retailers located within the Sydney city or northern beaches regions. please be sure to select COD and leave your contact details to make the arrangements. we will try our best to help outside these areas as well
direct deposit: for larger orders and retail customers please select COD and we can arrange direct deposit.
